About The Role
At a stage of hypergrowth, LTK, the world's largest creator monetisation platform, is looking for a Influencer Growth Consultant, to manage & grow a team and a portfolio of influencers, ensuring they receive world class strategy & guidance to increase their earnings and business.
This includes creating and delivering high impact strategies to drive creator performance, empowering usage of the platform, utilising data to reinforce strategic initiatives and activities, trend analysis and long-term planning.
This role will own an influencer portfolio and will be responsible for managing these influencers whilst working cross functionally to enhance each influencers business. It involves important teamwork within the Influencer teams, Marketing and Brand Platform team, frequent interaction with external clients and the occasional travel to be the face of LTK amongst your portfolio.
The ideal candidate is expected to have an influencer first hand experience, knowledge of the UK and IE markets, as well as the EU influencer landscape; specifically FR. You will have social platforms and trend insights as well as performance marketing understanding in the UK and EU markets and a great communicator with a professional business and analytical mindset.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Build the best in class coaching and nurturing for a portfolio of influencers. You will be coaching influencers across both the UK and within the EU, specifically France.
- Own and nurture your portfolio of influencers personally via meetings, whilst maintaining the company’s existing relationship with top performing influencers and being the go-to person; building the best in class relationships.
- Develop and deliver short, medium & long term growth strategies for a portfolio of influencers to increase their earnings
- Be an expert on the social media landscape, constantly keeping up to date with social media developments with a view to consulting influencers about how to leverage each channel effectively to grow their business/audience/sales/LTK Shop, etc
- Provide timely internal reporting, trend insights and analysis, creator insight & feedback, identify areas to address or new opportunities/process improvements to support the business and influencer lifecycle
- Maintain high-performance culture of excellence
- Attend influencer events when necessary
- Demonstrated success in communication skills, particularly in professional
What You Bring To LTK
- 2+ years influencer-facing experience in influencer marketing, agencies, affiliate, talent management performance marketing or e-commerce. Categories in fashion, beauty, lifestyle are preferred.
- A PLUS if you are able to speak fluent English and French (any other languages are a big benefit!)
- Able to demonstrate influencer growth experience; relationships and growing talent
- Excellent understanding of the social media landscape and trends in UK (i.e. TikTok, Pinterest, Youtube, Instagram, etc.).
- Great understanding of Analytics and Data, with an astute ability to optimise tactics accordingly and implement scalable strategies where necessary
- Proactive communication and can-do attitude
- Proficiency with general office software (Excel, Keynote, Word, Google Docs)
- A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency
- Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence
- Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- A growth mindset and openness to feedback
