Title: Digital Marketing Manager

At a stage of hyper-growth following a $2 billion valuation, LTK is looking for an experienced marketing manager to grow its audience of iconic brands, loyal shoppers and inspiring influencers across established and burgeoning European markets.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing and reporting on a calendar of integrated, cross-channel and vertical content and partnerships that hit KPIs. All outputs will be seasonally, trend-led to educate and inspire the value of LTK’s market leading shopping technology across fashion, home, beauty, fitness and more to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Own and deliver the content strategy for European Creator Shopping-facing channels, including social (paid and organic), paid search, SEO and managing web content 
  • Collaborate with internal (design, PR, Brand Partnerships, Creator marketing), and external (brand, Creator, agencies) stakeholders, as well as LTK creators to pioneer timely, premium campaign concepts that position LTK as the place for culture and the number one destination for Creator guided shopping
  • Develop and execute shoppable content that amplifies creator trends, seasonal trends, sale periods, and jumps on reactive cultural moments, is on-brand and aligns to brand voice
  • Forecast and report output against channel performance and OKRs on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to ensure work is executed effectively, delivers on commercial objectives and helps improve future campaigns 
  • Work with Product, Insights & Analytics to collate and share customer insights via qualitative and quantitative primary and secondary research to inform campaigns and necessary improvements to the UX for international LTK Shoppers
  • Focus on acquiring new shoppers and creators, retaining and reactivating existing users through LTK social, events, partnerships and web or app optimisation to increase daily active users.
  • Work closely with teams in the US and international markets to share learnings and develop scalable multi-channel campaign ideas that accelerates the LTK mission. 

 

Professional Characteristics

  • Exceptional written and spoken English, with German and or French as another language also a plus
  • A creative but strategic mind with endless new ideas, and willing to get stuck in to make things happen 
  • Experience with Hubspot, Braze or similar CRM platform
  • Effectively manage timelines to ensure deliverables meet deadlines, identify potential roadblocks and adjust to mitigate risks and make course corrections to ensure initiatives meet expectations
  • Maintain a proactive outlook of campaign management, allowing for real-time responsiveness to channel engagement 
  • Stay on top of industry trends, presenting new, best-in-class ideas, channels and processes to the leadership team.
  • Can work under pressure, with the ability to multitask, be reactive and flexible in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in delivering growth for digital and social media marketing teams
  • Data-driven, outcome-oriented and highly analytical. Experienced at running A/B tests, and developing/optimising content strategies.
  • Balanced commercial and creative mindset, while being a calculated risk-taker.
  • Autonomous, detail-obsessed and able to coordinate a high level of activity.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and team building skills with exceptional communication.
  • A “can-do” attitude and curiosity are absolute musts.
  • Confident in using scheduling tools, Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager
