About the role

This position will be responsible for providing support to the account managers of export business clients, assisting in managing and executing creator campaigns and optimizing campaign performance. The perfect candidate should be good with people communications with a professional business mindset and have a good knowledge base of export business as well as creator marketing.

How you will make an impact

  • Use multiple data sources to compile strategic creator casting lists to achieve client-set goals
  • A bridge between brands, creators, and LTK internal teams if needed, to ensure the campaigns are executed accurately, economically, and timely 
  • Become an expert in their assigned vertical (beauty, fashion, home, growth) to support the effective casting of Brand campaigns. 
  • Work within a budget and optimize spend to produce optimal outcomes for Clients
  • Analyze brand brief to identify brand goals (ROAS, diversity, awareness, etc.), ensuring creators align with the Brand’s aesthetics
  • Communicate frequently with both the internal team (creator success team and overseas creators) and external client team to guarantee the seamless execution of campaigns
  • Consolidate insights and learnings from campaign execution and be able to provide recommendations and strategies to improve clients’ performance

What you will bring to LTK

  • Minimum 2-3 years of full-time work experience in social marketing, marketing agency and/or marketing operations, account management, client relationship or related field (China to US & Europe exporting fields preferred)
  • Previous US & European creator campaign management experiences preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience utilizing/manipulating numbers and data to derive insights. Strong proficiency with Excel preferred, but not mandatory
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in professional email and telephone communication. Presentation skills preferred, but not mandatory
  • Strong organizational & project management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and attention to detail to routinely produce zero-defect work
  • Strong social media background with experience in multiple platforms including Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, Facebook and blog postings
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Ideal team player attitude and proven ability to work with team members across business functions

Professional characteristics:

  • Fluent in Chinese and English, overseas study experience is a plus
  • College/Master graduate 
  • Ability to work independently
  • Minimal travel may be required for this position
  • Power user of global social media platforms such as Instagram, Youtube, TikTok and etc. Outgoing personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • General knowledge of the export industry and creator marketing helpful
  • A growth mindset and openness to feedback
  • Self-motivated & passionate about fashion, tech, market opportunities

Computer skills:

  • Proficiency with general office software (Excel, Keynote, Word, Google Docs, Google Apps)
  • Experience with Keynote, Photoshop, Illustrator and other graphics processing software is a plus
