Title:  Brand Partnerships Manager ANZ

Location: Sydney

Reports to: Brand Strategist 

Role Type: Full-Time

The Brand Partnerships Manager, Australia & New Zealand is a key role pivotal to LTK’s successful operations in Australia and New Zealand. 

The focus of the role is to facilitate and assist with engaging new brands to join and invest in LTK, assist with the execution and management of campaigns, media and event sales and to work cross functionally with our Creator Success, Technical Integrations, Finance and Legal teams. This role works hand in hand with the Brand Strategist to develop sales pitches for brands and retailers, support in the administration of sales to such brands and retailers and reporting on such sales. 

In addition to supporting our Brand Strategist with campaign sales and onboarding, the Brand Partnerships Manager is responsible for overseeing the workflow of our Campaign Execution team. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while ensuring our profits are on the rise.

How you will make an impact

Brand Onboarding

  • Work closely with Brand strategist to build relationships across all levels of potential brand partners’ marketing organisation through extensive strategic outreach
  • Responsible for setting a clear strategy and roadmap for go get & existing accounts and partnering collaboratively with internal teams to ensure success
  • Understand, engage and develop relationships with affiliate networks and digital agencies 

Brand Sales

  • Work closely with Brand Strategist to maintain and grow the investment and relationship of existing accounts (some of which may not be investing in paid collaborations yet)
  • Reach and exceed sales quotas, by driving sales across LTK Brand Partnerships revenue streams: collaborations, promotional opportunities, events and commission on sales
  • Monitor, forecast, track and report sales performance to senior management on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Campaign Execution

  • Organize workflow of Campaign Execution team ensuring that the team understands their scope of work and distribution of work is even.
  • Monitor, forecast, track and report on campaign execution performance to senior management on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Update clients as required on campaign progress. 
  • Help support with ad-hoc execution as required.
  • Collaborate with team members on new ideas, directions, and tools for marketing and communications with brands and creators 

What you will bring to LTK

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in influencer industry or agency specific experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience utilizing/manipulating numbers and data to derive insights. Strong proficiency with Excel required.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in professional email and telephone communication. Presentation skills required.
  • Superior organizational & project management skills, ability to meet deadlines
  • Proven experience as a people manager with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Superior problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset
  • Team player attitude and proven ability to work with team members across business functions
  • Ability to learn and manage a variety of job roles and willingness to take on a variety of tasks whether mundane or exciting in order to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Advanced ability to leverage knowledge of prior marketing campaign experience to achieve desired results.
  • Change champion enthusiastic about continuous improvement.

Technical / Educational Requirements: 

  • College graduate
