We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Data Center Leasing Director with extensive experience in commercial real estate leasing, specifically in the Data Center industry, based in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of leasing for our existing portfolio of data center properties and new investment opportunities, driving occupancy, and maximizing revenue while maintaining long-term tenant relationships. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, a proven track record, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to foster long-term partnerships with clients across various industries.

Essential Job Functions

  • Leasing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive leasing strategies for data center properties to optimize occupancy and rental income.
  • Tenant Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with both potential and existing tenants, serving as the primary point of contact for leasing inquiries, negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and pricing strategies in the data center real estate market.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations for lease agreements, including pricing, terms, and other conditions. Ensure leases align with corporate goals and legal requirements.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with property management, sales, finance, and operations teams across multiple US markets to ensure smooth execution of leasing strategies and client onboarding.
  • Financial Acumen & Reporting: Monitor leasing performance metrics, manage revenue goals, and report progress to senior management. Analyze financial impacts of leasing activities and recommend adjustments to improve profitability.
  • Client Onboarding: Ensure a seamless transition for new tenants, from lease signing through occupancy, providing exceptional client service and attention to detail.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of leasing professionals, ensuring high standards of performance, motivation, and collaboration.

Education and Experience Requested

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, specifically in data center properties, with a strong understanding of the unique requirements and challenges in this space.
  • Real Estate License preferred, or the ability to obtain one within a specified period.
  • Proven track record of successful lease negotiations and closing high-value transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure and operational needs (e.g., power, cooling, connectivity).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives, brokers, and clients.
  • Solid understanding of real estate financial modeling, including lease structures, pricing, and lease terms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a focus on results.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, leasing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

This position is remote. The role will occasionally travel to Dallas for meetings.
