Senior Recruiter - LoveToKnow Media

LoveToKnow Media is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter who will help us support our rapid growth! The Senior Recruiter must have demonstrated experience with recruiting for digital/online media companies. This direct hire full time position will report to the Director of Human Resources and is 100% remote.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting of US-based Marketing, Product, Sales, Management and Content positions
  • Represent LoveToKnow Media to prospective candidates and create a positive candidate experience  
  • Provide consistent and clear communication to internal stakeholders and external candidates
  • Maintain and update the ATS with candidate, interview and position information
  • Schedule candidate interviews and keep candidates moving through the pipeline
  • Support the entire HR team in creating an effective recruiting process
  • Advise hiring managers on talent search, offer and evaluation strategies
  • Manage and update job descriptions, screening questionnaires and online job postings
  • Research and engage standout passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
  • Collaborate and support HR team colleagues on other projects as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

  • At least 5 years of professional recruiting experience
  • Deep understanding of digital/ online media industry a must!
  • Experience with Greenhouse (highly preferred), or other ATS
  • Excellent communication and follow up skills 
  • Strong work ethic and desire to make an impact
  • “People Person” with strong relationship building skills
