LoveToKnow Media is looking to fill a highly impactful role on the Data Analytics Team that will ensure that qualitative analysis, UX research, and market insights are an essential strategic driver and core competency for our teams. This position supports LTK’s business and operations – it is not a design focused role.

The LTK Research & Insights Manager will be responsible for synthesizing and delivering compelling user research and insights across all our brands. You will support our efforts to build a more comprehensive pool of audience insights, recruit and participate in user interviews, and gather the qualitative data to support and shape product strategy.

As our Research & Insights Manager, you will:

  • Build and maintain a research toolkit, a library of user and market insights, and a database of potential research participants
  • Work with the Product, UX Design, and Data Teams to create a scalable cross-departmental insights program and process that builds a holistic perspective on current and potential users
  • Recruit and gather insights from users using a variety of research methods, including live interviews, surveys, and market studies
  • Organize collected data in reports and presentations, and develop clear narratives of findings
  • Work closely with multiple teams to help them use research insights to improve our products and content strategy
  • Act as an internal evangelist for customer and product research

Standout candidates will have:

  • A very strong data/ research background with demonstrated direct B2C experience.
  • Digital product/website experience.
  • BA/BS degree in social sciences: Sociology, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or similar
  • At least 4 years of experience with collection, analysis, and governance of raw qualitative and quantitative data in the media or web content industry.
  • Experience with heat mapping & usability testing tools, such as UserTesting, Userlytics, HotJar, FullStory
  • Experience managing UX and data-related projects involving cross-functional teams
  • Proactive and independent personality with strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Willingness to perform a wide variety of research-related tasks, including recruiting participants
  • Curious, analytical mindset and empathy for user needs
  • Ability to collaborate and align with colleagues in a 100% remote work environment in United States and European time zones.
  • Startup or growth stage experience is a plus!
