The Job Details

As Logiwa’s Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will play an integral role in developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive demand for Logiwa’s products and services. You’ll develop a deep understanding of our target audiences and their pain points and motivations, and work with the rest of the marketing team and the CEO to create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach our prospects at all stages of the buying journey.

You’ll use your analytical and strategic mindset, depth of understanding of best practices in B2B digital marketing, and creativity, to engage potential customers, educate them about Logiwa, and generate qualified opportunities for our sales team. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive the Demand and Lead Generation Process: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns. Own development and execution of email marketing, trade shows, webinars and digital paid advertisement while collaborating with the Partner Marketing Manager and Social Media Manager to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) across all channels. Utilize segmentation and targeting based on funnel stage, Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and buyer profiles to optimize engagement. Ensure a regular cadence of relevant outbound communications to marketing leads. 
  • Campaigns and Channel Optimization: Build, expand, and optimize digital marketing channels through rigorous experimentation and A/B testing. Establish automated lead nurturing processes and scoring methodologies to enhance lead conversion and engagement across the buying journey.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Work with our Marketing Operations Manager to ensure continuous growth and hygiene of the marketing database. Optimize the utility of the Marketing Automation Platform and CRM system to support marketing and sales funnel metrics and lead flow processes. Regularly report on campaign goals, performance, and ROI, managing the marketing budget effectively.
  • Content and Sales Enablement: Assist our content marketers and designers in the creation of sales enablement tools, templates, and collateral to support the sales process. 
  • Vendor Management / Budgeting: Supervise the budget and relationships of our vendors, digital ads, and technology subscriptions to make sure services we utilize are aligned with Logiwa’s strategic goals and marketing initiatives.

You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in Demand Generation or Growth Marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Experience in both digital marketing, and traditional marketing such as trade shows
  • Strong familiarity with CRM/MAP software. HubSpot preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven approach to marketing. You can compile and analyze campaign data, interpret results, and proactively apply your findings to solve future problems. 
  • Strong communication skills: the ability to engage at all levels of the organization including at the C-suite, knowing how to craft your message for your audience, and when to challenge productively. 
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus. 
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience. MBA is a plus.
