We’ve been growing rapidly, and to help capture the huge opportunity in front of us, we’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager -- covering the sales and marketing teams, you’ll oversee our metrics, manage and optimize our processes, refine our playbooks to help us scale, and ensure our success.


  • Create the tracking and reporting mechanisms to support our sales, marketing and management teams
  • Turn unstructured customer, transaction, industry and lead data into actionable insight
  • Work closely with our Inside Sales Manager to optimize campaigns and outbound selling efforts
  • Manage the sales compensation process, including the communication and tracking of goals, incentives, commissions and territories for our sales team
  • Work cross functionally (sales, marketing, finance, engineering and management) to implement process optimization
  • Help choose and manage the tools in our sales and marketing stacks
  • Work with finance and engineering on order processing and billing
  • Ensure data integrity for everything sales related

Areas You’ll Work With:

  • Tools: Salesforce, Hubspot, Salesloft, DiscoverOrg, Drift
  • Data Collection: Optimize how we collect sales data (e.g. new contacts reached, demos scheduled, etc.)
  • Data Presentation: Create the right dashboards and tools so that everyone on the team has detailed visibility in real time
  • Project Management: Create a system so that each sales team member clearly understands our goals and priorities and their responsibilities in achieving them, and knows where they stand in relation
  • Process Creation: Implement processes, gather data to understand their effectiveness and refine those processes


  • 3-5 years in sales/marketing ops in a B2B SaaS environment, with a strong track record of results
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot
  • A deep understanding of the right KPIs for sales team effectiveness
  • Knowledge of best practices for SDRs, AEs and other sales team members
