We currently are looking for a passionate Technical Sales Engineer who is a motivated and an influential addition to the team to take part in our continued success and growth. He/she will be results-driven, ambitious and enthusiastic about making an impact with an agile, venture-backed, Y Combinator alum start-up.



  • Conduct product demos and communicate LogDNA’s value to potential customers
  • Develop a deep technical understanding of our product and communicate value in a variety of specific user cases
  • Have a strong grasp of product alternatives and which customer personas are best suited to our solution
  • Capture business requirements and define scope and present to decision makers
  • Contribute to the creation and update of product & technology training materials
  • Participate in company webinars, offline events and conferences
  • Work with our marketing department to create scalable assets that support sales
  • Handle post-sales integrations with new customer onboarding
  • Provide product feedback back to engineering and internal teams for feature prioritization
  • 20% Travel required



  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Engineering background
  • Ability to develop rapport quickly with new contacts
  • Excellent presentation skills with confidence presenting to IT and up to C-suite
  • Experience with highly technical products, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Prior experience delivering technical product demonstrations both in person and over the web
