What you will do
- With your colleagues in the Haptic Design team, you will create, own, and maintain the core synthesis and signal processing algorithms for high-end sound and haptic interfaces.
- Work with DSP researchers to prioritise areas of strategic interest and make a plan to bring these into production.
- Maintain, develop and own the strategy for the existing DSP libraries.
- Work with other software, embedded and hardware engineers to develop the core architecture for integrating DSP in our various subsystems.
- Contribute to the development of the prototyping and production pipeline to test and develop DSP code.
- Stay on top of the latest developments in audio DSP and share your knowledge with colleagues.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver a shippable product on time.
What we are looking for
- Strong communication and a team player.
- Strong skills in the relevant areas of math and real-time audio DSP.
- Strong proficiency in C/C++.
- Experience with shipping products and the entire product development cycle.
- In-depth knowledge of the architecture of software systems, APIs and SDKs.
- Analytical, structured and pragmatic when solving problems.
- Organized, thorough and motivated to take projects from start to finish.
