THE OPPORTUNITY (WHAT'S THIS ALL ABOUT)

As an Internal Wholesaler at LODAS Markets, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales and trading operations leaders by providing administrative assistance, delivering crucial information to customers, managing customer relationships, and assisting in sales and tradeops activities. You will collaborate closely with sales leaders to strategize and execute sales plans effectively, with a strong emphasis on acquiring, closing, and onboarding new clients as well as meeting firm sales goals.

THE JOB (WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING)

Onboarding. Process customer transactions and monitor them as they move through the operational pipeline. Answer customer queries quickly and effectively.

Optimizing Leaders' Productivity. Assist sales and Trading Operations leaders with scheduling, literature orders, running demos, and other administrative tasks as needed. Also assist sales leaders in identifying and prioritizing target customers.

Being the “Information Specialist.” Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers by answering inquiries, providing product updates, and offering timely and accurate information. Maintain a high level of proficiency in product knowledge and industry trends.

Owning HubSpot. Collect/maintain customer profile information in our CRM system. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data to facilitate effective decision-making and customer interactions.

Partnering with Sales Leaders: Help develop and execute sales strategies. Double-team customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities and build strong partnerships with clients.

Managing Relationships Independently. Foster rapport and trust with clients to drive sales growth.

Meeting Goals. Maintain a minimum volume of calls per day and meetings set per day for the sales leader.

THE REQUIREMENTS (WHAT'S . . . UM . . . REQUIRED)

• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63.

• 2-3 year experience within the financial services industry.

• Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, oft-changing, entrepreneurial environment.

• Superior verbal and presentation skills.

• You're a self-started with initiative and the ability to work independently while also being a team player.
