Summary: The Lockwood Group is seeking an Associate Creative Director to join our Market Access Team. This person will use their skills in developing copy, in particular for payer marketers, HCP and other stakeholders in partnership with Lockwood’s Market Access Leadership Team.

 

Professional Skills and Requirements:

  • Possess a deep understanding of payer audiences, channels, and reimbursement for rare, specialty and small molecule therapies across broad indications
  • Experienced with patient services programs/HUBs
  • Ability to both lead and execute complex campaigns and strategic initiatives, including digital work
  • Has strong pitch experience and interest in contributing to business growth
  • Ability to take a collaborative approach to partnership with cross functional partners (account, art, PM, strategy, etc)
  • Ability to manage teams to complete projects
  • Ability to develop, manage and mentor rising talent in copy group; leads copy staffing initiatives
  • Understanding of business rationale and can manage projects and copy teams accordingly
  • Continuous learner who seeks out market access knowledge
  • Possess 5-10 years market access marketing experience
  • Ability to develop client relationships and present content to senior life sciences executives
  • A go getter who can wear many hats to enhance copy team skills, talent and offerings within a fast growing start up

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
