THE ROLE

Localcoin is looking for an organized and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Operations team. 

As a Warehouse Associate at Localcoin, you will be reporting to our Warehouse Supervisor and working within the Operations team. You will collaborate with the Warehouse Team to optimize the full cycle operation of our kiosks; unpacking, assembling, testing, repackaging and shipping the kiosks to our retail partners. 

This role is based out of our Warehouse in Sydney, Australia 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 

  • Receive goods into the warehouse (including ATMS and related accessories) and cross-check the inventory to ensure shipments are accurate, complete, and on time.
  • Coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor to optimize the warehouse layout and assist with inventory organization.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and testing on all incoming and outgoing ATMS to ensure all elements are performing
  • Prepare shipments for outgoing machines, including wrapping, labeling, palletizing, and machine unboxing, set-up, packing, and palletizing.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pump trucks and stackers safely and efficiently.
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized, including sweeping and disposing of waste materials.
  • Record product data in the internal inventory management system for inbound and outbound products.
  • Assist in the coordination and tracking all shipments of Kiosks throughout North America to ensure they arrive at our locations on time.
  • Maintain and audit accurate inventory levels and collaborate with the operations team to arrange any re-order of products.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and duties as required.
  • Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or by using equipment such as a pump truck.
  • Count, weigh, sort, pack, and unpack products of various sizes to ensure safe shipments.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and ensure the safety of other warehouse workers.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

  • 1+ years experience working in a similar role and environment
  • Experience with GoogleSuite & Microsoft Suite (specifically Word & Excel)
  • Comfortable lifting up to 55 lbs, stand and/or sit for long periods of time, and be able to bend/ twist
  • Process driven with a strong ability to follow procedures and have a structured approach to problem-solving
  • Can easily communicate and collaborate with multiple people
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics skills
  • Writing skills for process documentation 
  • Attention to detail for Warehouse audits 
  • Technical skills to set up machines
