This is an extremely fast-paced opportunity for an Executive Assistant who is a very proactive, get-things-done, entrepreneurial, and people-oriented person. You enjoy working with different personalities and prioritize a multitude of competing demands with ease. No task is too small or too big for you to take on. You take pride in delivering the highest quality work and finding efficiencies in your role. 

The Executive Assistant will play an active role in managing the day-to-day for multiple leaders and provide overall team support. You'll work closely with various departments and a team of Executive Assistants.

This is a hybrid role with a minimum of two days each week in our London office. 


  • Provide support with calendar management, travel, expense reports, team events/offsites and any other tasks needed to maximize team productivity.
  • Manage highly confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion.
  • Anticipate your leader’s requests and any potential issues and take action to remedy it.
  • Shared general administrative responsibilities including but not limited to: planning company-wide or cross-functional meetings/events in collaboration with other EAs, back up support for your teammates and creating documentation to improve processes for our EA team.
  • Facilitate communication and organization between teams at LiveRamp.


  • Extensive administrative experience within a global organisation, working with internationally focussed leaders. 
  • Have experience in supporting a senior level executive in a dynamic, results oriented environment. 
  • Due to the level of confidentiality in this role, we require you to have the highest level of discretion, ethics, good judgment and common sense. 
  • Will communicate effectively with high level contacts both inside and/or outside the company. 
  • Experience with G Suite is highly beneficial. 
  • A high level of integrity, strong attention to detail and ability to multitask are also required. 
  • Thrive in challenging situations but at the same time can maintain a positive, proactive attitude.
