Reporting to the CMO, we are seeking a Director of International Marketing to drive field marketing including marketing strategy and pipeline execution across our major regional theaters.  The candidate has a proven track record of success in aligning the corporate plan with campaigns and programs which are executed locally across our served markets. 

As a member of the marketing leadership team, the candidate will: 

  • Lead global regional marketing strategy and execution across EMEA, LTAM and APJ by partnering closely with revenue generating teams in the development of regional (territory and account) pipeline plans, demand investment planning and pipeline execution 
  • Have extensive experience leading field marketing. 
  • Execute localized campaigns with the integrated marketing team for new, cross-sell and up-sell programs in each of our theaters of operation 
  • Recruit wildly successful customers as sales and marketing references and industry advocates 
  • Develop closed-loop reporting to measure the effectiveness of regional marketing programs and identify areas for optimization  
  • Lead the balance between building a globally consistent brand and ensuring the marketing resonates locally
  • Provide leadership, management and development to the team with a hands-on data driven approach 

The Director of International Marketing has ultimate responsibility for generating pipeline through the exceptional planning and execution of marketing programs across sales, channels, campaigns, lead qualification and conversion teams, while managing all metrics for lead creation and conversion. 

This role will be located in France or the UK. Extensive global marketing experience is required,


  • Work closely with all Marketing and Sales teams to set and execute upon the right marketing activities.
  • Align and leverage critical global functions such as finance, brand marketing, communications, product marketing, customer experience and business operations to deliver high performing regional programs.
  • Accountability and mapping to our corporate marketing strategy to ensure a global marketing consistency of messaging, branding and go to market sales motions.
  • Determine the fiscal-year demand strategy, model plans and resource allocations, and design a demand plan to support the sales deployment models and business go-to-market strategies leveraged in the relevant country or region.
  • Work with campaign team leaders and team members to establish a common campaign framework for the global and/or regional marketing community that reflects the needs and interests of the region’s local markets.
  • Interlock with regional field sales leaders to ensure ongoing agreement on priorities, making adjustments to accommodate changing market conditions and emerging opportunities; attend regular sales deal reviews, pipeline reviews and regional quarterly business reviews.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand marketing activities in terms of KPIs aligned to the sales deployment models (e.g. sales pipeline, net new revenue growth and targeted account engagement)
  • Assist in the development and support of a world-class sales organization to support the mid-market and enterprise segments with core metrics and marketing programs.
  • Manage a global team across multiple regions.
  • This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.
