Provide excellent Technical Support in a timely manner via multiple communication channels - phone/email/chat
Triage and capture all necessary information when recording an incident
Work in a live ticketing system environment (Salesforce)
Follow up and settle, to satisfactory conclusion, all customer requests
Proactive acquisition and maintenance of technical product knowledge
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Great communication skills internally and externally. Prompt response and action when needed, people rarely need to follow up with you.
Ability to work in ambiguous environments with little direction
Willingness and desire to learn and adopt new skills - both technical and non-technical - in order to craft and deliver the best solutions.
