Overview:

Reporting to our Treasurer, Director of Procurement & Statutory Accounting, you will join our global accounting team.

You will: 

  • Lead month-end preparation of global bank reconciliations; assist on monthly close processes.
  • Coordinate cash disbursements and intercompany funding throughout the consolidated LivePerson group.
  • Assist in the preparation of international tax and statutory filings with external tax advisors.
  • Collaborate with external and internal audit staff for international statutory and annual audits.
  • Prepare and record monthly journal entries.
  • Monitor daily cash position, review all cash movements between banks.
  • Help prepare quarterly free cash flow forecast and weekly cash position reporting.
  • Aid in the adoption and maintenance of global treasury internal controls, consistent with the SOX control framework.
  • Monitor compliance with the global AMEX program.
  • Develop a well-documented system of accounting policies, procedures and internal controls around treasury management.
  • Take on special projects, accounting tasks and workflow process improvements.
  • Participate in the implementation and optimization of several new processes around bank automation.

 

You have:

  • 3-5+ years previous accounting experience
  • Big 4 or other public accounting experience
  • Excel skills (formula design, pivot tables, charts)
  • Experience with data collection, modeling, and what-if scenarios
  • Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve results through a cross-discipline approach
  • Willingness to engage with sales executives and sales management
  • Familiarity with SAP General Ledger system, Concur, or Hyperion/HFM/FCC
  • Excellent attitudes towards work and work product
