Overview:

Reporting to our Accounting Manager, you will join our global accounting team and working hours will be 2:00pm - 11:00pm IST.

You will: 

  • Prepare and reconcile monthly closing work papers (i.e. accruals, intangible assets, reconciliations, amortization)
  • Prepare and record monthly journal entries
  • Perform monthly analysis of sales commission expenses and payments
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly roll-forward schedules
  • Become an integral part of shortening the monthly closing process time
  • Take on special projects and other daily bookkeeping
  • Participate in the implementation and optimization of new systems and processes
  • Work collaboratively with Revenue and Sales teams 

You have:

  • 3-5+ years of previous accounting experience
  • Big 4 or other public accounting experience
  • CA Preferred
  • Excel skills (formula design, pivot tables, charts)
  • Experience with data collection, modelling, and what-if scenarios
  • Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve results through a cross-discipline approach
  • Willingness to engage with sales and revenue management
  • Familiarity with SAP General Ledger system,
  • Excellent attitudes towards work and work product
