Litify is looking for a talented Configurations Lead to join our Professional Services team. This is an exciting client-facing role where you will work on our project teams to implement the Litify product. This is direct career path into a Solutions Architect role.
Assist the Solutions Architect on client projects with account configuration tasks as needed and when they raise their hand – when there is low bandwidth, time constraints/expedited timeline needed, etc.
Work with project teams to ensure a successful end-to-end implementation of Litify (SaaS platform built on Salesforce.com) for new customers.
Know how to speak to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; be able to translate and communicate more complex / technical topics to client business stakeholders.
Operate as the product expert and trusted advisor of new customers, and guide them with industry and product best practices.
Travel to visit new customers on site, and assist in-person technical and business discussions with senior law firm leadership, and team members from across the organization.
Assist in gathering requirements from key stakeholders, and translate them into clear, actionable technical requirements.
Be comfortable with data in / out analysis, mapping and solutions. Partner with internal data migration team to complete data and file migration from legacy systems onto Litify.
Partner with Litify Product, Engineering and QA teams to provide and facilitate customer feedback and pain points.
1-3 years of experience with the Salesforce platform either as an IT leader, Admin or a Consultant
Prior experience with any type of CPQ platform is a bonus, but should have experience running a SFDC org for a company
Understanding of setting up users, profiles and roles, and configuring reports and dashboards in the Salesforce platform
Understanding of data migration from CSV, SQL or other systems to the salesforce platform, using tools such as the Apex Data Loader
Experience with Click Development in the Salesforce platform including but not limited to custom fields, page layouts, process builder workflows
Experience with installing and Click Configuration of certain Appexchange Applications
Ability to work as part of a multi-faceted team to solve client-related inquiries and problems
Start-up qualities: self-starter, autonomous, driven, motivated, and hungry
Experience as a technical and/or functional architect in an organization focused on CRM a plus
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams through influence while also functioning as an individual contributor/team member
Exposure to the legal industry and selling to law firms a plus
