As a Demand Generation Manager, you'll work as part of a larger Marketing team to help create interest in and excitement for Litify to drive high-quality leads. The Demand Generation Manager will oversee all of the tactics used to develop all inbound lead programs to drive MQLs and sales pipeline. 
 
Core responsibilities & objectives include: 
  • Generate and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads, consistently hitting lead generation and revenue KPIs each month
  • Increase company’s thought leadership, brand awareness, and industry/market Share of Voice metrics through PR, earned media, and content marketing initiatives
  • Strategize, implement, and execute all paid media campaigns including PPC, paid social, etc. to drive lead generation
  • Own the creation, optimization, and success of all paid media, content marketing, and lead generation programs 
  • Develop and own our lead nurture strategy/programs, working tightly with the Head of Marketing to implement lead scoring and automation programs 
  • Own measurement and reporting on all marketing activities, providing detailed reports of campaign performance on a regular basis to the Head of Marketing
  • Consistently propose data-driven strategies, including data around our Ideal Customer Profile(s) and strategic positioning in each market to determine where and how to reach & win our target markets
  • Develop a deep and nuanced understanding of Litify’s offerings, customers, and the buyer journey across all verticals and brands
  • Own SEO efforts, aligning them with overall demand generation strategy, ensuring our website and web presence is consistently optimized and updated to drive demand and lead generation 
  • Work closely with the Director of Content to ensure lead generation and content marketing strategies are aligned with the Litify brand narrative, positioning, and key messaging
  • Own all press outreach, content distribution, and marketing automation workflows to execute the content marketing strategy and increase thought leadership/demand
  • Manage our website and web roadmap in partnership with content and design leaders to create an engaging and effective buyer journey and customer experience, including launching high-quality ads and landing pages
  • Serve as a directive, strategic leader on the marketing team by developing, effectively communicating, and owning accountability of the team’s KPIs, goals, and objectives
Minimum Requirements:
  • Experience leading lead generation/demand generation efforts for B2B software
  • 2+ years managing Paid media (LinkedIn) / PPC 
  • 2+ years experience in content marketing strategy
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through the above efforts
