Lithic is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will be responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities through a multi-channel approach. The SDR will work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to sales closure. This role requires a high level of communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks. This role is based in New York City, relocation assistance is available.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and social media
Conduct research to identify potential clients and understand their needs
Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel
Qualifications
Previous experience as an SDR is preferred
Experience with Salesforce is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
Annual Base Salary Range: $70,000-$90,000 + variable compensation
