Overview
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Leader plays a key role in shaping the future of LionsBot by bringing in the right talent. This role delivers a holistic TA experience for three of our regional locations: Singapore (our headquarters), India, and Europe; and responsible for attracting the best talent to support our strategic growth. 

The essential functions include building a strong Talent Acquisition program, transforming recruiting to a proactive hiring function, work to increase quality of hire, decrease time to fill, avoid agency spend while consistently providing extraordinary customer experience to both candidates and hiring managers. This role will directly be responsible for 2 Talent Acquisition Partners by providing managerial and coaching direction in the delivery of operational recruiting excellence. In addition to these responsibilities, the Talent Acquisition Leader will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying executive talent for critical openings while also managing diverse projects to build and improve recruiting capability and process.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and implement entire Talent Acquisition Program; including but not limited to: Processes and Practices, KPIs, SLAs, ATS, Strategy, Interview Training, Hiring Events, and Team division of focuses
  • Manage and mentor Talent Acquisition team members, ensuring business objectives are achieved
  • Partner with the Leadership to understand their business complexities by aligning with business objectives, developing TA strategy, and delivering hiring plans 
  • Source + full cycle recruiting of executive-level candidates for open roles across all business units, regions, and functions
  • Prepare and present deliverables including position descriptions, target company lists, status reports, and candidate reports
  • Improve TA operations by defining and monitoring metrics to ensure recruiting efficiency
  • Conduct regular meetings and weekly updates with senior leadership and hiring managers to address any recruitment gaps and improve hiring strategies 
  • Improve hiring capability: improve talent pipelining, marketing mapping, and assessment methodologies
  • Work with the HR Leads to identify current external and internal talent gaps within the organization
  • Ad hoc responsibilities and projects, when necessary


Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional recruiting experience with the majority of that time in a corporate environment
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a Talent Acquisition people-leadership role
  • Demonstrated experience creating customized strategies to source executive-level and leadership candidates across multiple business functions
  • Hands-on and strong execution experience of driving initiatives with a demonstrated track record of achievement in Talent Acquisition
  • Comfort working with ambiguity in a newly established team, with the ability to balance day-to-day execution and longer-term projects 
  • Professional experience working with ATS, Job Boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Office Suite, and Google Workspace tools
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Singapore Employment Law
