Position Overview
As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing the schedules and resources of our deployment team. This position requires strong administrative skills, the ability to thrive under tight deadlines, and a commitment to enhancing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Support the scheduling and work plans of our Service Engineers, ensuring smooth field support operations.
- Effectively manage the assets and resources of the deployment team to optimize productivity.
- Coordinate transportation logistics for local delivery, product demonstrations, and trials, including managing the driver's schedule.
- Collaborate with the Procurement team to facilitate spare part and consumable purchases and maintain control over inventory.
- Monitor and maintain records related to part sales, service and maintenance, and field support for both domestic and international customers/distributors.
- Provide administrative support for local deployment operations to streamline processes.
- Perform any other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications & Key Traits
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any field from a recognized university.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
- Experience in project management is advantageous.
- Self-driven and motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and grow within the role.
