Position Overview

The Service Engineer / Technician serves as the pivotal link connecting customers and LionsBot International, addressing all technical and service-related matters that may arise during the deployment of our robots in real-world settings. In this pivotal role, they will provide hands-on support for on-site sales trials and demonstrations and take charge of training end-users in the proficient use of our robotic technology.

Responsibilities

  • Providing technical support for onsite sales trials and demonstrations
  • Training of and certifying customers/end-users in the use of robots
  • Providing technical services and troubleshooting support to all enquiries/faults encountered by the customers
  • Collaborating with various teams in troubleshooting and resolving issues for robots on-site as well as those that are returned to the factory
  • Subject matter expertise with the latest cleaning robot technology and advancement for enhancement of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Key Traits

  • Recognized diploma in electrical, electronic or mechanical fields of study
  • Prior experience in technical sales and/or technical sales (after-sales) support role will be an advantage
  • Resourceful and creative problem-solver
  • Able to work independently
  • Eager to learn, with a customer-centric approach
  • Those without experience are welcome too as training will be provided
