As a Cloud Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Linode, you will be responsible for generating leads for prospective customers and performing basic qualification. To achieve this objective, you will mine data from sources like Discoverorg, Hubspot, and Linkedin . The SDR will specifically target selected micro-markets and perform cold outreach via email, social media and phone (outbound), as well as field inquiries from Linodes website and other channels (inbound). The SDR’S goal is to set appointments with high-quality prospects for our CE’s.
This is a full-time position, reporting to Linode's Director of Sales, based out of our office in our newly remodeled office in Old City, Philadelphia.
1-2 years sales experience preferably in the high-tech space.
Demonstrated work ethic and consistent over-achievement
The desire and passion to learn cloud technology
Experience conducting business and building relationships via phone & email, with excellent phone, interpersonal, verbal, and written capabilities
Experience successfully managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, maintaining a high-volume pace with the ability to "switch gears" quickly as a prospecting conversation warrants
