As Lingo Live’s fully-dedicated Head of Sales Development, you’ll be responsible for building out our process for identifying and reaching out to prospects who can benefit from the transformative power of our Skills-Based Coaching program. You will create, implement and continuously optimize a data-driven strategy that will uncover the most efficient ways to get in front of prospects and generate significant interest through creative outreach.

In this role, you will report directly to the CEO and will build a Sales Development team once you’ve successfully proved out the sales development model.

Lingo Live is global (as are our customers) and fully remote. Work from wherever you call home.

Where You Come In

  • Build out the “playbook” for cadences & outreach and invest in the outbound (i.e. cold calling, emailing, InMails) as well as inbound tools needed to generate significant interest from prospects and book them into meetings with our Sales team
  • Partner with the Head of Demand Gen and Head of Product Marketing to qualify and prospect into inbound leads through thoughtful and compelling messaging.
  • Recruit, hire, train, mentor and develop SDRs and motivate them through creative incentives; align your team’s focus with the overall OKRs and mission of Lingo Live
  • Know our customers and products inside and out. Inspire others to a similar depth of business and commercial acumen to use customer/product insights to guide product innovations. 
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting on volume statistics, lead pipeline, conversion to sales meetings and opportunities
  • Partner with senior sales management, marketing and other business partners to develop a successful GTM strategy 


What It Takes To Succeed

  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience in SaaS
  • Must have direct experience managing a team of SDR’s/BDR’s
  • Experienced in hiring and working in a rapidly growing environment; bonus points for experience creating outbound strategies for new and emerging products
  • High levels of self motivation, ownership, and adaptability, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities
