Lineate is seeking a proactive People Operations / HR Manager to help manage and run our People processes and the tools that we use to support them. Reporting to the CEO, this person will collaborate with senior leadership to continue to build a scalable People function that will enable us to develop and retain the best talent as we build our world class, rapidly growing services organization.

The right candidate will design, develop, and implement effective people strategies, policies, programs, and systems. Specific responsibilities may vary at the applicant’s discretion, but primarily they are expected to include:

  • Performance Management 
  • Compensation Analysis 
  • Coordinating Visa and Immigration 
  • Assisting and advising management with performance measurement, coaching, counseling, career development and performance improvement efforts
  • Building and coordinating professional development and training programs
  • Managing the company benefit plans and ensuring they are understood and effectively used

Qualifications:

  • Active listening, empathy, and curiosity
  • Demonstrable ability to use data to get buy-in from decision makers around process changes and new initiatives
  • Thrives in a small organization and ability to work independently
  • 4+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience (including exposure to compensation), preferably with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • Tech industry experience a plus
  • Familiarity with 3rd party technologies, metrics, and tools (e.g. ATS, benefits, and employee feedback systems)
  • Self-driven, enjoy being hands-on and rolling up sleeves to get the job done
  • Strong self-initiated follow up skills with ability to manage multiple projects successfully in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Strong attention to detail with an innate focus on customer service and being proactive
  • Experience with HR compliance, legal and reporting requirements, (global workplace experience a real plus)
  • Articulate communicator with strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative problem solving and collaboration skills
