We are looking for an experienced sales rep expert in consultative selling in the technology services market to drive new business growth at our thriving tech company. You will use your skills as an adept closer to take leads generated through a variety of channels, as well as ones you generate yourself, from qualified to close by building strong relationships and providing value to our customers. You will leverage existing relationships and industry knowledge to develop new partnerships and channels, successfully sell within our key verticals and skillfully enter new ones. You are a fast study, independent and driven, and will be an enthusiastic part of our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively and artfully move opportunities through the sales funnel to consistently hit or exceed quota
  • Manage pipeline to support company objectives
  • Skillfully negotiate terms to navigate price and value
  • Strategically target new accounts
  • Act as effective leader for presales team (solution architects, estimators etc)
  • Develop and grow new partners and channels
  • Balance hunting across spectrum of account types with up-selling and extending existing accounts
  • Work tradeshows, conferences and events to build relationships and win new business
  • Be a strong brand ambassador to advance our company, our values, and our market position in all day-to-day activities through your role as leading salesperson
  • Be metrics-driven, basing and modifying strategy using well-kept CRM data
  • Leverage social media and modern sales tools to improve targeting efficiency and reduce Cost of Sale where applicable

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in a sales role 
  • Excellent, demonstrable sales chops, written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of software development, software consulting and/or Big Data, AdTech, MarTech and online media platforms
