The Role: 

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Electrician who will be hands on in the manufacture of Lilium’s revolutionary product. 

In this position you will report directly to the Production Team Leader Aircraft Assembly and will work on a variety of projects and tasks. As part of this role, you will be working on the assembly line and install various components and wires of all aircraft systems. Moreover, you will be assembling, testing and repairing electric components and prototype on a daily basis. Furthermore, you will assist the engineering teams by providing feedback for design improvements to the product.

 Your Day to Day:  

  • Work in a self-directed team of technicians and electricians
  • Responsible for delivery and quality in all stages of the assembly process
  • Follow work instructions and program plans
  • Proceeding ground test instructions and failure detection & correction
  • Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, diagnostic and measuring equipment (including DMMs and oscilloscopes)
  • Build up Low Voltage systems and signal supply network up to 1 kV
  • Work on circuit board design, choose suitable components & perform soldering work
  • Take responsibility for maintaining an inventory of parts, tools and equipment
  • Troubleshooting and feedback of errors to the corresponding teams, cooperation for root cause analysis
  • Implement and sustain manufacturing data of the production system
  • Work cross functionally with related departments
    • g. work with Manufacturing Engineering to improve processes, equipment & tooling, and repair solutions
    • g. improve manufacturing standards and process requirements
    • g. support digital improvements and innovations while working with manufacturing execution systems
  • Assist technology acquisition and new factory installation & commissioning

 

Your Profile:  

  • Educational background as industrial electrician or within electro mobility industry required
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in manufacture and/or repair electro-mechanical components including system with medium or high voltages
  • Must be able to work from complex and detailed documentation and/or verbal and written instructions depending on situation
  • Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions and ply books
  • Experience with operating and maintaining a wide variety of hand and power tools, shop tools, test equipment. Experience operating high volume production machinery preferred
  • High level of self-reliance with the ability to work both in a team and autonomously
  • Target-oriented work approach with analytic problem solving skills required
  • Fluent English required, German language is a plus

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Industrie-Elektroniker, mit „Hands-on“-Mentalität für die Produktion unseres neuen Lilium-Jets.

In dieser Position berichten sie direkt an den Teamleiter Produktion und arbeiten an verschiedenen Projekten und Aufgaben. Als Teil dieser Aufgabe, werden sie in unserer Fertigungslinie eingesetzt und installieren unterschiedliche Bauteile und Leitungen im Flugzeug oder dessen Teilbaugruppen. Darüber hinaus werden sie elektrische/elektronische Baugruppen bzw. Prototypen montieren, testen bzw. reparieren. Sie unterstützen unsere Entwicklungsabteilungen unser Produkt weiter zu verbessern und liefern deshalb wertvolle Information über Produkt- und Produktionsverbesserungen.

Ihr Arbeitstag:  

  • Sie arbeiten in einem selbstbestimmten team von Flugzeug Technikern und – Elektronikern.
  • Sie liefern Qualität in allen Phasen des Montageprozesses.
  • Sie folgen Arbeitsanweisungen sowie dem Produktions-Plan
  • Sie folgen den Testanweisungen wie auch den Fehlerdetektions- und Korrekturhinweisen.
  • Sie nutzen effektiv und sicher Hand- und Elektrowerkzeuge sowie Messsysteme (z.B. Oszilloskop).
  • Sie stellen Niedrig-Spannungs-Systeme her und arbeiten an Signal-Netzwerken bis zu 1kV.
  • Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für zu produzierenden Teile, Werkzeuge und Maschinen.
  • Sie unterstützen Troubleshooting und Fehleranalysen, und melden Fehler an die verantwortlichen Teams.
  • Sie erstellen und pflegen Produktionsdaten.
  • Sie arbeiten funktionsübergreifend, mit
    • ... Prozessingenieuren um Prozesse, Werkzeuge und Maschinen zu verbessern.
    • ... Standards zu verbessern.
    • ... digitalen Systemen wie z.B. MES, ERP.
  • Sie untersützen die Erarbeitung neuer Fertigungstechnologien sowie auch die Inbetriebnahmen und Freigabe neuer Werksanlagen.

 

Ihr Profil:  

  • Ausbildung zum Industrie-Elektroniker (-Elektriker)
  • Minimum 3 Jahre Produktions-, Reparatur oder Analyserfahrung elektromechanischer Komponenten und Hochvoltsystemen.
  • Sie sind in der Lage komplexe und detailierte technische Dokumente wie technische Zeichnung oder Arbeitsanweisungen zu lesen und zu interpretieren
  • Erfahrung mit dem Umgang, Anwendung und Wartung von Hand- und Elektrowerkzeugen, Produktionsanlagen wie auch Test-geräten.
  • Teamfähigk mit Fähigkeit auch auf sich gestellt zu arbeiten.
  • Zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Fähigkeit Probleme analytisch zu lösen.
  • Sprachen: Deutsch, Englisch Kenntnisse ist ein plus
