Ihre Aufgabe:

In dieser Position berichten Sie direkt an den Head of Component Test und arbeiten Hand in Hand mit den Test Ingenieuren an allen elektrischen Prüfständen und Anlagen. Ihr Aufgabenbereich reicht dabei von der elektrischen Einrichtung von u.a. Batterie- und Triebwerksprüfständen bis hin zur Installation des Netzsystems und deren Sicherheitsabnahme. Sie unterstützen die Teams und geben Rückmeldung, um Verbesserungen zu erzielen.

 

Ihr Tagesablauf:

  • Übernahme der Verantwortung für die Instandhaltung des elektrotechnischen Inventars und Überwachung von Teilebestand, Werkzeug und Ausrüstung
  • Mitarbeit und -gestaltung bei Aufbau von Klein-, Niederspannungsversorgungs- und Signalnetzen bis 1 kV (AC und DC)
  • Aufbau und Betreuung von Prüfständen und Werkstattaufbauten inkl. Aufbau kleinerer Schaltschrankanlagen
  • Umgang mit einer Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Handwerkzeuge, Elektrowerkzeuge, Mess- und Diagnosegeräte (einschließlich Oszilloskop)
  • Arbeit mit Schaltungstechnik und Mikroelektronik, Durchführung von Lötarbeiten
  • Kalibrieren von Messmitteln für den Testbereich
  • Erkennen und Rückmelden von Fehlern an die entsprechenden Teams, Zusammenarbeit zur Ursachenanalyse
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung bei Beschaffungen, Planung von Messebesuchen sowie Arbeitsdokumentation
  • Kurzfristige Integration spontaner Projekte und Aufgaben in den Arbeitsablauf

 

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Elektriker, Elektroniker, Avioniker oder Techniker mit vergleichbarer Ausbildung
  • Mindestens dreijährige praktische Erfahrung in Reparatur, Entwicklung und/oder Montage von technischen Komponenten bzw. elektromechanischen Bauteilen
  • Erfahrung im Arbeiten mit HV Spannung ist notwendig
  • Erfahrung in Schaltungsentwicklung und/oder Platinenentwurf ist von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Bereich der Elektromobilität oder dem Flugzeugbau ist ein Plus
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit der Dokumentation für elektrische Abnahmen
  • Fähigkeit zur Umsetzung mündlicher wie schriftlicher Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Verständnis und Fähigkeit zur Umsetzung elektrischer Schaltpläne und Zeichnungen
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit 
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung

The Role:

In this position you will report directly to the Head of Component Test  and you will work closely with our test engineers on all electrical Test Rigs and Test Beds. Your scope of work will include the electrical installation of i.e. Battery and Engine Test Beds but also the installation of the electrical wiring/ grid and their safety approval. You will support the team and give feedback for improvement.

Your Day to Day:

  • Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, diagnostic and measuring equipment (including DMMs and oscilloscopes) and their maintenance
  • Build up Low Voltage and signal supply network up to 1 kV (AC & DC)
  • Assembly & Maintenance of electrical Test Beds/ Rigs and workshop, including the build of small power switching stations
  • Work on circuit board design, choose suitable components and perform soldering work
  • Calibration of measurement units for testing
  • Recognize trends and patterns in failures and feedback to the responsible teams
  • Take responsibility for maintaining an inventory of parts, tools and equipment
  • Organize work, procure necessary parts, and complete accurate documentation on repair actions completed
  • Work on any ad-hoc related projects or tasks provided by management

 

Your Profile: 

  • Educational background as Electronic technician ( Electrician ) required
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in assembly and/or repair of electro-mechanical components, including systems with medium or high voltages
  • Work experience within electro mobility or aviation industry ideal, but not essential 
  • Must be able to work from complex and detailed documentation and/or verbal and written instructions depending on situation
  • Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions, electrical diagrams, and mechanical drawings
  • Perform daily record keeping and create reports and test analysis
  • Work on any ad-hoc related tasks or projects provided by management
  • High level of self-reliance with the ability to work in a team, as well as autonomous
  • Target-oriented, driven workstyle with analytic problem solving skills required
  • Fluent English required, German language is a plus
