As Manager, Customer Success, West you will manage all our talented Solutions Architects, Technical Account Managers, and Technical Support Specialists who support our customers in the western region of North America. Your primary responsibility will be to build, support, and enable your team so they may in turn ensure the success of our customers.

You are familiar with any of the following: microservices, distributed tracing, proxies / service meshes (Envoy, HAProxy, Linkerd), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers (Kubernetes, Docker).
