Recruiting is arguably one of the most important things LightStep needs to accomplish. The recruiting coordinator will play a critical role in helping drive this activity for the entire company.  It is the coordinator’s job to be lock-step in line with the recruiting team and help drive candidates along in the appropriate process. The coordinator helps deliver on candidate experience and makes sure the team understands their roles in the hiring process.
