Lightspeed is on a mission to help K-12 communities provide safe, secure, and equitable education. As our senior campaign manager you’ll lead outbound, multichannel campaigns to introduce district leaders to Lightspeed and show them how their students can benefit. Protecting more students is our shared goal and your contribution will show in campaign responders, MQLs, and pipeline.

Part art and part science, this role requires creative thinking to drive engaging campaigns and the discipline for top-notch project management. As senior campaign manager you will:

  • Contribute to campaign strategy: Use historic performance data, knowledge of the buyers’ journey and your understanding of business objectives to proactively recommend outbound campaign strategies to marketing leadership.
  • Own multichannel campaigns: Based on a full-funnel strategy and performance data, determine which tactics to use for each unique campaign. Analyze performance and recommend strategy, messaging or tactical shifts as necessary to reach and exceed targets.
  • Lead campaign execution: Develop artful and compelling promotion concepts and write clever and persuasive campaign copy. Engage your team for technical assistance and roll up your sleeves for  tactic review & approval, webinar set-up, and an eagle-eye for quality assurance. Effectively manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensure they go into market on time, are of exceptional quality, and have reportable KPIs.
  • Execute on advertising and co-marketing: Be a reliable resource for our advertising and co-marketing partners; deliver on deadlines, report back on results and expand Lightspeed’s reach.
  • Take a test-and-learn approach: Have your finger on the pulse of campaign performance at all times and your eyes and ears open 24/7 for new tactics, trends, and market opportunities, etc. Advocate for testing the best tactics for our business, apply your findings to future efforts, and share info with your team for overall improvement.
