Analyst, Talent Systems & Insights

The Analyst, Talent Systems & Insights is the go-to person responsible for the day-to-day management of all HR systems and data. The main responsibilities will be to support the planning and implementation of system changes, new functionalities and new systems completely along with system enhancements. Day to day tasks will include assigning access levels, running reports, data quality and audits, all with a keen focus on best practices around systems management. They maintain the integrity and accuracy of data as well as designing and producing frequent dashboards used by the People and Culture team.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Supporting the HR Systems configuration for recurring Employee Lifecycle events
  • Supporting the implementation of new systems, integrations, enhancements and new functionalities
  • Updating system configuration, reviewing and recommending changes to existing configuration
  • Providing technical expertise and solutions in the utilization of all HR technology and applications across the HR team
  • Gathering requirements and proposed changes from stakeholders and determining appropriate requirements to support the systems
  • Working  with technology vendors to implement changes to ensure effectiveness of the system
  • Analyzing data, from multiple sources to assist with identifying trends or key issues
  • Supporting internal HR groups with new functionality (demo, training, documentation)
  • Detecting, identifying, analyzing and correcting technical problems and deficiencies
  • Producing and delivering standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) HR reports or dashboards
  • Maintaining HR data integrity
  • Supporting M&A Systems integrations projects
  • Educating and training colleagues on HR Systems and Data
  • Striving for continuous improvement of HR systems configuration
  • Maintaining documentation and training materials
  • Ensuring advisory role for HR Systems and Data 

What you’ll be bringing to the team

  • Experience with Enterprise HR Systems (SAP, ADP, Oracle, Workday, PeopleSoft, etc.)
  • Experience with best-of-breed HR Systems (BambooHR, Greenhouse, CultureAmp, Reflektive)
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good knowledge of information technology
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (Payroll, FP&A, HR, IT, Legal, etc.)
  • Ability to educate on and convey complex concepts
  • Ability to navigate in uncertainty and fast-paced environments
  • Analytical mindset with thorough problem-solving competencies

  • Experience with HR Systems implementations
  • PMP Certification 
  • HRIS certification 
  • Certification from International Scrum Institute
