Ecwid by Lightspeed helps people all over the world start their businesses online. To do this we make a simple and affordable SaaS for creating online stores.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to develop new business opportunities of the Ecwid by Lightspeed in Yerevan.
What you’ll be doing:
Manage the work of a team of engineers:
- plan works
- write technical specifications,
- communicate with developers and designers
Develop a strategy for your workstream:
- calculate financial models
- test hypotheses
- prioritize
- develop existing projects and launch new ones
Figure out new things:
- search for information
- delve into the documentation
- conduct user interviews
Communicate with clients and colleagues in English:
- speak, write, present. It often needs to be done in the evening.
- write instructions for support team
- work with intermediaries: marketing, copywriting, customer success, finance
Even better if you have, but not necessary:
- Have experience in e-commerce
- Worked in an international company
