We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will primarily focus on designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow development best practices and proficiency in technical aspects of the platform.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB, according to business requirements.
  • Collaborate with the IT team and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, fields, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and ACLs to optimize functionality and user experience.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server, leveraging APIs and web services.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of ServiceNow configurations to ensure quality and reliability of solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams, including administrators and implementation specialists, to support successful project delivery.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, releases, and emerging technologies, and assess their impact on existing solutions

What you need to bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified System Administrator (CSA) is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integration techniques and tools.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
  • Knowledge or experience in the following ServiceNow products is an advantage but not necessary AppEngine, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM.
