We’re looking for a Payments Business Analyst to join our Lightspeed B2B Payments team. You will play a key role in our growth, where you will be responsible for working with our payments team to identify opportunities to increase payments revenue. You will be aggregating, analyzing and interpreting data from multiple sources, both qualitative and quantitative and communicating data-driven insights in a simple and succinct manner. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills for candidates with interests in data analysis, sales and marketing. You will help drive the development and execution of strategies to acquire new payments customers and increase the usage of existing payments customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Analyze payments transactions and usage data along with qualitative client and internal feedback, identifying indicators to continuously drive improvements and growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute new growth initiatives through enablement and partnering on client meetings
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with both business and technical teams while guiding them through process improvement recommendations
  • Act as a point of contact for Client Services team on Payments adoption and best practices
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of B2B payments concepts and translate this knowledge to the NuORDER (Lightspeed B2B) platform
  • Document and measure all client and internal feedback to help inform Product features and roadmap
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline reporting and forecasts
  • Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management

What you need to bring:

  • Proven experience reviewing and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data. Previous payments experience is ideal but not required
  • Agile and solutions-focused; Must be able to adapt to an ever-changing environment
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and success in developing and implementing workflows across teams and organizations
  • Ability to handle high volume situations with effective time management and attention to detail skills
  • Excellent oral and written English communication and group presentation skills to various audiences
  • Self-sufficient and take initiatives to drive areas of improvement
  • High degree of initiative and self-direction; bias for action
