If you’re keen to join, we’re looking for an Workday Integration Specialist (12 month contract) to join our team in Manila.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining integrations in our HR system software (Workday). In this role, you will work as a technical expert meeting with stakeholders, identifying improvements and providing solutions to integrate Workday to other systems (E.g: Greenhouse, Culture amp, Netsuite). The ideal candidate will become a subject matter expert and technical representative for Workday integrations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage and maintain the development of integrations for the Workday platform
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify enhancement opportunities in the configuration and issue resolution
- Research and propose solutions to support HRIS operations through integrations
- Be the main technical point of contact to scale integrations for a recently implemented Workday solution
- Build integrations to downstream systems like Greenhouse, Netsuite, benefits providers, etc.
- Monitor integrations to ensure data integrity is maintained across our platforms
- Support with the build of boomerang integrations in Workday when applicable

- Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organisational objectives even if this means doing things that aren’t strictly within the scope of your role
- Communicating and sharing lessons learned with wider team
What you need to bring:
We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:
- Proven technical experience in building and maintaining Workday integrations
- Hands on Integrations development between Workday and new or existing systems (internal & external)
- Deep knowledge of HCM processes in Workday
- Knowledge of HR operations and continuous process improvement initiatives
- Experience maintaining data integrity across enterprise HR systems and conducting audits
- Working knowledge of Workday integration tools including, Workday Studio, EIBs, Report Writer (BIRT) and Core Connectors
