  • At Lightelligence, we’re building computational machines that are solving problems in ways that have never been done before. We’re looking for an experienced analog/mixed-signal design engineer for custom analog/mixed-signal ASIC design and PCB design.

What you'll do at Lightelligence:

  • Requirement definition and architecture study
  • Third-Party IP Evaluation, Integration, Verification
  • Detailed transistor level design
  • Custom layout and floor-planning
  • Design verification using AMS verification flow and custom analog simulation
  • Design for manufacture and verification of foundry requirements
  • Tape-out support and execution
  • Silicon bring-up and evaluation/characterization
  • End-to-end PCB design, starting with feasibility, analysis, schematic entry, layout, component selection
  • Release designs for fabrication
  • Electrical verification via modeling and system checkout

 Preferred Qualifications

  • MS or PhD in a relevant discipline, such as Electrical Engineering, with at least 3-5 years of relevant work or research experience
  • Experience with high-speed transceiver, ADC, and DAC designs
  • AMS design flow experience
  • PCB design experience
  • Lab debug experience
  • Experience with revision control and IP management
  • Spectre, Hspice, Verilog-A, Verilog-AMS, Verilog, Cadence/Synopsys experience required
