THE ROLE:

As the Digital Marketing Manager for Life House Hotels, you will play a pivotal role in managing the brand’s online presence and ensuring a seamless customer journey for our hotel guests (and owners in turn). Your focus will be on strategic planning and performance analysis with a strong emphasis on brand management. You will collaborate closely with Life House creative leads to amplify brand messaging, grow our footprint among tourists and locals, and ensure a consistent, accurate, and engaging digital experience. Your toolkit will include email marketing, paid social, affiliate marketing, search engine optimization (SEO) configuration, and event listing platform management, among other responsibilities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Own Digital Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with Life House Hotels' brand goals and drive business growth.
  • Manage Brand Presence: Oversee and maintain Life House Hotels’ brand image across all digital platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content that reflects the unique atmosphere of each property.
  • Lead Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising, to maximize ROI.
  • Optimize Customer Journeys: Manage the digital customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience from initial awareness to booking and post-visit engagement. Develop customer journey maps and implement strategies to personalize and enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Life House creative leads, property managers, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies that align with brand messaging and on-site promotions.
  • Analyze Performance: Build and implement comprehensive reporting frameworks to track digital marketing performance. Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and optimize strategies.
  • Innovate and Adapt: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools. Experiment with new strategies to keep Life House Hotels’ digital marketing efforts innovative and effective.
  • Manage Resources: Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending and maximizing ROI. Source, hire, and manage freelancers for tasks such as SEO configuration and content creation, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to brand standards.

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality or lifestyle brand sectors, with a strong understanding of how to drive business growth through digital channels.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Proven experience in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with brand goals and target key market segments.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills with experience in performance analysis, including building and interpreting reporting frameworks, A/B testing, and making data-driven optimizations.
  • Customer Journey Management: Experience managing the digital customer journey, including mapping customer touchpoints and implementing strategies to enhance personalization and engagement.
  • Campaign Management: Hands-on experience in planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising, with a focus on achieving maximum ROI.
  • Budget Management: Experience managing digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, and maximizing the impact of marketing spend.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to SEO tools, social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools. Experience with website management and quality assurance is a plus.
