The Role

The Senior Asset & Strategic Operations Manager will play a critical role in our company, serving as the point of contact for both the hotel owners and General Managers for the properties that they oversee. The Senior Asset & Operations Manager will be responsible for a number of properties in our growing portfolio of hotels from motels to luxury resorts. 


  • Monitor the operations and performance of the portfolio of assets you are responsible for
  • Developing Annual Plans and Forecasts with the Revenue Management & Marketing Teams
  • Strategically analyze financials and develop recommendations to enhance asset performance 
  • Prepare & deliver written commentary on financial performance
  • Be the sole point of contact within Life House for the owner of the assets you oversee
  • Build and manage owner relationships through timely reporting and thoughtful progress updates 
  • Understand the systems & technology used on-property and at corporate
  • Train GMs on all systems & processes used on-property 
  • Ongoing management, performance review and support of GMs
  • Support the transition and opening of hotels under Life House management

Who we are looking for

  • 6-10+ years of working experience and 3+ years of hotel operations experience, experience in F&B highly preferred 
  • Strong financial acumen, with extensive modeling / analytical experience 
  • Leadership and strong communication & relationship skills 
  • Self motivated, detail-oriented, well-organized and results driven professional
  • Desire to serve in a client-facing role, combined with ability to manage people and expectations in a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with an interest in strategic problem solving and driving change
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities through strong time management
  • This is a remote position and some travel may be required (15-35%)


  • All-in compensation between $120k-$175k commensurate with experience
