As an Account Executive at Life House, you will focus on building our SaaS customer base by sourcing potential software customers, converting leads into new clients, and assisting with customer onboarding. As our first SaaS sales hire, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of our SaaS sales organization by refining sales processes and resources, liaising between customers and our Product team, and building and maintaining customer relationships. In your first few months, you will be focused on pure execution - you’ll balance your time between sending emails, making phone calls, providing demos, and signing customers. As our SaaS customer base grows, you may take on additional responsibility, including refining go-to-market strategy, defining future product opportunities and growing our team. In short, this is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in our growth story as we scale across the United States and internationally.


  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of software sales experience, with a history of exceeding sales targets and familiarity with full life cycle sales processes 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
  • Ambitious and objective-driven (i.e., you are determined and motivated by hitting your targets)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a knack for storytelling 
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Highly organized and autonomous, with effective time management skills 
  • Proficiency with Pipedrive, Salesforce or another CRM software (preferred)
  • Experience in the hospitality industry a plus


  • Reach out to hotel owners, operators and general managers who may be interested in our Revenue Management & Marketing Software product to identify new opportunities, and take ownership of inbound software inquiries 
  • Demonstrate our software solutions by providing demos, highlighting our value proposition and matching customer needs and pain points to our product capabilities
  • Leverage our sales CRM software to track emails, phone calls, meetings, etc. with prospective customers and move prospects through the sales funnel 
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to reach your sales goals 
  • Study current and potential customers to refine our value proposition; work directly with our Product team to ensure the right product efforts are prioritized 
  • Assist with customer onboarding and success by collaborating with internal teams
