We develop, design, and operate boutique lifestyle hotels with a mission to make travel more meaningful and reliable for travelers, and to make hotels more seamless and more profitable for owners. We recently raised our Series C and are experiencing exciting growth! We are looking for great talent to join our award winning in-house design team. 



We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer & Project Manager to manage the interior design execution of upcoming Life House branded properties as well as independently branded hotels and restaurants. The Senior Interior Designer & Project Manager will be responsible for leading the interior design of multiple projects, making sure the design meets budget, brand guidelines, client and operational needs. This role works closely with our internal Creative, Development, Procurement, Operations and F&B team to ensure success. This person will be able to represent the Design team while interfacing with clients and external consultants.

  • Produce Schematic Design packages. Oversee 3D rendering production, source materials, specify FF&E and design custom furniture and millwork. Create programming, test fits, and furniture plans for guestrooms and public spaces
  • Produce Design Documentation. Oversee drawing production and redline with attention to detail and knowledge of construction, furniture manufacturing, and ADA guidelines, etc.
  • Oversee Construction Administration including value engineering, redlining shop drawings, working closely with in-house procurement and development teams
  • Ensure project milestones are met in a timely manner



  • 7+ years in Hospitality Interior Design
  • Experience designing hotels and restaurants from concept through development. 
  • Experience working with tight budgets and timelines
  • Experience managing relationships with clients and vendors
  • Excellent Photoshop, InDesign, and AutoCAD skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Revit experience is a plus
  • Google Suite experience is a plus
