About the role 

We are looking for a driven Product Marketing Manager to join our team. There is a lot of scope for you to help shape the role focusing on a variety of disciplines within Product Marketing.

In this role, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our products in the market. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of our products. This role will primarily focus on supporting the enterprise sales team, ensuring that they have the tools, messaging, and resources needed to effectively sell our products to enterprise customers.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Sales Enablement: Work closely with the enterprise sales team to understand their needs and challenges in selling our products. Develop sales enablement materials such as presentations, battle cards, case studies, and product collateral to support the sales process.
  2. Value Proposition Development: Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to develop compelling value propositions for our products. Clearly articulate the value proposition to the sales team and ensure they understand how to communicate it effectively to customers.
  3. Funnel Optimisation: Analyse the sales funnel to identify areas of opportunity and leakage. Develop strategies and initiatives to address these areas and improve conversion rates at each stage of the funnel.
  4. Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights related to our products. Use this information to inform product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment and cohesion in product messaging and positioning.
  6. Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns targeted at enterprise customers. Provide input on messaging, content, and channels to effectively reach and engage the target audience.

 

Who you are

  • You have strong experience with quantitative analysis and are adept at drawing insights from data.
  • Customer empathy is at the heart of everything you do, and you know that speaking to them is the best way to understand and solve the challenges they face.
  • You've successfully brought innovative B2B products and features to the marketplace.
  • You believe that the product launch is just the beginning - you measure success by adoption rate and business impact.
  • You've crafted innovative messaging, positioning, and value propositions for intricate issues and novel products.
  • You're proficient in market research, both qualitative and quantitative, and have demonstrated your ability to shape business and product strategy based on this research.
  • You have ample experience in collaborating with product and engineering teams to address customer problems.
  • You thrive in working autonomously, given a set of goals.
  • You love working cross-functionally across various areas of the business and when someone says collaborate you are the first to put your hand up.
