Position Description:
A Sales Support Rep is responsible for the day-to-day support for assigned sales teams. Sales Support Reps provide support to the sales team by assisting with administrative duties and tasks. Sales Support Reps play an important role in helping the assigned sales teams achieve a high level of sales success.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the liaison between field sales teams and corporate departments
  • Provide administrative assistance to assigned sales teams
  • Handle correspondence with field sales personnel
  • Review and distribute sales related documents
  • Coordinate with other departments when necessary
  • Maintain an organized file system for administrative and sales teams
  • Respond to sales team member’s inquiries and requests
  • Handle sales team inventory for assigned offices
  • Develop and maintain relationship with partners
  • Answer sales support line and direct calls as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Basic knowledge and use of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work effectively independently, as well as within a team environment
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Previous customer service or sales support preferred
