We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate to assist our growing Inside Sales Team.  You will be the first point of contact for our customers.  In this position, you will drive growth in overall revenue from new prospects, and using the resources to schedule and procure new sales opportunities.


  • Generate leads and qualify appointments for solar system sales
  • Remain current on all training to ensure accuracy when speaking with potential customers
  • Work with Manager to obtain sales performance and lead generation goals
  • Engage in calling campaigns to support lead generation, sales appointment confirmation and recovery, referral gathering, quality assurance, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to manage and overcome customer concerns
  • Proficient using computer applications
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to think quickly and adjust priorities as needed
  • Prior sales and/or solar experience preferred
  • Full Time
