LevelTen Energy is accelerating the clean energy transition by bringing renewable energy buyers, advisors, sellers and financiers together, and providing the tools and services they need to get deals done, fast. 

We are looking for an experienced In-house Recruiter who can contribute to LevelTen’s growth plan. In this role, you will be responsible for all of our recruiting efforts, managing the end-to-end recruitment process. If you have at least 2 years recruiting experience and want to use those skills to fight climate change, this role is right for you. 


  • Source candidates by building a robust and diverse candidate pipeline
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, and performing phone screenings
  • Design and manage job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements, in collaboration with the relevant hiring manager 
  • Perform reference  and background checks as need
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
  • Manage onboarding and new hire process
  • Stay abreast of recruiting best practices
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2 years of recruiting experience preferred
  • Technical recruiting experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
