We’re now looking for an experienced QA Client Project Lead to be part of our QA team to help lead small teams of testers to play through and assess issues for our various client projects.
Lead a team of 2-3 QA testers focusing on mobile devices and web browsers
Create test plans to be used by internal and outsourced teams of QA testers
Manage production of all testing deliverables including: status reports, test cases, test plans, bug tracking reports, and bug triages
Oversee quality of content, performance, network and UI for simultaneous projects
Oversee and update bug databases frequently
Support project leads and QA leads to define and carry out project requirements and milestones
Manage project progress, scheduling and timetables for QA involvement
Perform build deployment, smoke testing and reporting
Help enact new testing processes
Collaborate with other developers and disciplines for testing needs
Minimum of 4+ years game industry testing experience
Minimum of 2+ years of QA leadership experience
Deep working experience in JIRA database testing
Experience creating and managing test plans
iOS, Android, PC and Mac testing experience
Understanding of SCRUM/Agile development process
Excellent cross-functional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with leadership skills
Excellent planning and attention-to-detail skills
Experience with QA automated testing tools and processes
