About the role

  • In partnership with our sales lead and growth lead, develop the go-to-market vision and strategy  for our sales organization 
  • Drive performance improvements across sales that will allow teams to be more productive and efficient in their work
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of sales metrics, with expectations of uncovering insights, offering optimization recommendations, and refining target customers 
  • Partner with engineering to establish metrics, dashboards, tracking and reporting for the sales organization
  • Work with finance on annual planning efforts, building sales models, monitoring performance targets and adjusting sales incentive plans
  • Diligently document processes, systems and workflows used by the sales team  
  • As marketing efforts expand, own lead distribution strategy and determine lead quality generated through both inbound and outbound efforts 

About you

  • 4-6 years experience doing relevant work 
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce, including data reporting functions 
  • Ability to adapt in an environment that changes and moves quickly 
  • Highly analytical, strategic thinker with the ability to lead complex projects
